Xbox One April Games

The original Xbox was released in 2001, and has undergone some amazing changes in the last 18 years. Like Playstation, Xbox also has it’s own amazing exclusives. So let’s take a look at some of the new releases coming to the Xbox One.

State of Decay 2 (XBox One): Undead Labs brings us a Zombie Survival game that makes us not only save ourselves, but have to work together to save everyone.. I guess it’s not always ‘Every Man for Himself’. This sequel has us taking a group of nobodies and turning them into Zombie Apocalypse Professionals as we search for a cure, try to keep our supplies up.. Oh, and kill zombies. This game has been out for a while now, BUT, it’s a super fun Xbox one exclusive that you should totally play.

Rage 2 (PS4, XBOX One, PC): Releasing May 14, this open world, post-apocalyptic shooter will satisfy your need to see insanely crazy weapons (and use them), and meet even crazier mutants (and kill them). It looks like it will be a fun, slightly more scaled down Fallout type game. We’re totally going to give it a try. (And kill some mutants)

Control (PS4, XBOX One, PC): Releasing 2019, this supernatural shooter type game will remind you of your Alan Wake days with it’s odd, dark and scary story. Any self respecting conspiracy theorist will enjoy the storyline, which involves the Federal Bureau of Control.. The government agency responsible for finding and controlling any and all things supernatural. Blakesider will definitely enjoy this one.

Skull and Bones (PS4, XBOX One, PC)– Releasing at some point in 2019, we’re excited for this Pirate Action Adventure game. Take command of ships and set sail on the high seas while you build a fleet of pirate mates and make a bloody fortune. Will this be like Black Flag with no Assassin’s Creed? Maybe, could be.. We’ll find out when it’s released!

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (PS4, XBOX One, PC) – With a TBA 2019 Release Date, we’re excited for this horror game from Until Dawn developer Supermassive. This will be the first in the series of narrative horror journeys where anyone can live or die. In Man of Medan, 5 friends decide to go on a holiday diving trip, searching for a WWII wreck. Sounds like hell to me. Can’t wait to give it a try.

Good luck, have fun, and Game On.
